New Interior Lighting Design by Treluce Studio

Treluce Design Studio is headed up by Marcus Tremonto. This interior lighting design is a new work from the studio. Shaped much like a ribbon, this new shape combines lighting and sculpture all in one object. With raised ceilings being so common now, this type of design can really tie together both floors with one transitional object. Via.

Human Body Parts in Furniture : Tongue and Cheek Chairs

6:00 pm in Chairs, Chairs & Bar Stools, Design, Furnishings, Furniture, Indoor, Outdoor, Outdoor Furniture by John

It’s crazy to think about human body parts being in furniture, but “Tongue and Cheek” chairs have adopted that design mantra. The chairs are the idea of Peter Harvey who created them in the likeness of the human tongue as a sculptural adaptation of the body part, but in the form of functional furniture. The chairs are designed for indoor or outdoor use and can be found here. Be sure and check out another story on human furniture.
