Office spaces are no longer design monstrosities that remind you of dreary labyrinth-like structures. David Fox Design is establishing a niche for itself by engineering modern styled office units and the Venue Plus System is no different. A high backed system that allows
privacy, within open plan office, or hotel spaces, the Venus Plus System is a great reinvention of the usual formulaic office model and may just inspire workers to articulate their creative visions.

Modular Workstation Is an Office Desk Hiding Plenty of Secret Features

10:20 pm in Desk, Home Office, Home Office Furniture, Office Furniture, Storage, Table, office by chris

The Modular Workstation featured in the pictures below is an interesting design of an office desk. Besides being very pleasant to the eye, this Workstation hides plenty of other uses and it's very easy to manage. Depending on your needs, the Modular Workstation can act as a regular home office but can be turned into a simple table too. Not to mention all the storage space it can offer thanks to the included shelves, plain supports, document holder or writing utensil caddy. It can even be a solution for small businesses as it can turn crowded offices into more pleasant working areas for their employees. The Modular Workstation is a Sean Cathey design but we have no pricing details for you at this time. Via Coroflot.

Work Unit Quietly Brings Work at Home

7:08 am in Design, Home Office Furniture, Office Furniture, Small Home Furniture, office by chris

At least once in a while every one of us has to bring some work at home and that's when an office space would come in handy. But not all homes have enough retail estate to accommodate a real office, which means you'll have to adapt and make the most of your actual living space. That's where the Work Unit comes in place and, in case you'll be working at home more than once, you'll want to get it yourself. The Work Unit is comprised of a desk, a storage cabinet, a monitor screen and a light source. Once you pin them up on a wall of your choosing you'll be able to go about your business straight from the coziness of your own home. Would you buy the Work Unit if it were available in stores now? Round Furniture Arrangements for Offices and Public Spaces

5:00 pm in Chairs & Bar Stools, Furnishings, Furniture, Modular Furniture, Office Furniture, Public Spaces, Seating, Stools by John

Writing all the time on Furniture Fashion, it is not often that we come across round furniture arrangements compared to the more typical square or rectangular shapes. Offices and public spaces that are seeking round or circular spatial relationships in their seating needs may be drawn to this type of arrangement. This product is called "Kurve" and was designed by Niels Gammelgaard. The design inspiration for Kurve came from a garden complex in Barcelona, Spain called Park Guell. There a particular bench mimics the shape of a sea serpent. More information: here.
