Duravit will soon exhibit the revamped version of its iconic Vero Collection with a contemporary twist. The Vero Black Collection is chic and edgy, and this is further accentuated thanks to its monochromatic palette. The signature piece of the collection is no doubt it's imposing rectangular washbasin which is available in sizes like 50, 80 and 100 cm. It can be ordered with one or two pre-punched tap holes since Duravit is stressing on the congruent interplay of creativity and functionality.

It is great to see that more and more designers are jumping on the "Green" bandwagon and making genuine efforts to design for a sustainable future. A few years ago, no one would give a second thought on how much water we consume while washing our hands, but now all this is changing. Case in point, Eun Ji Byeon's Turn Faucet which aims for "Eco-precision." The faucet has a rotary dial with settings like 5, 10, and 15 seconds, so that you don't waste H20 in the name of cleanliness! A great way to dial down water wastage, don't you think?

Coming up with new faucet fixtures is challenging due to the simple engineering behind a faucet and how that can limit designers. Regimantas Vegele is a Lithuanian designer who created this new product called “Pebble”. Here are the latest in lavatory faucets from Fluid. Called the “Swing” collection, Fluid sought to design a line of hardware that would appeal to many different decorating styles from clean and simple to more artistic in form and shape.
