A response to increasingly urbanized environments, the SleepBox is a contemporary piece of furniture designed to be resting spot in semi-public spaces like airports and offices. To withstand constant use, the solid shell is composed of hardwearing, durable HIMACS that  also makes the seamless appearance possible. It’s as visually captivating as it is functional for catching up on a little R&R.

No matter what age you are, being well rested can mean the difference between a good or bad start of the day. Doze is a sleep positioner designed for disabled children, particularly those who suffer from muscle tension and loss of muscle tone, that assists with side-lying posture at bedtime. The pod decreases the risk of sleeping in awkward positions that may interfere with growth, put pressure on the spine, as well as air flow, which can cause severe breathing problems.

It's hard not to get excited about Sleepbox, an office workstation and resting pod designed for public places like train stations, airports and bus terminals. These small pods are rental units that provide travelers peace and quite as well as a place to work. More aggressive urban areas may even consider these for use on the streets or as a solution for the homeless. Sleepbox comes equipped with wi-fi, electric plugs, TV, a ventilation system and charging sockets for cell phones. The bed linen is changed automatically to ensure proper hygiene standards are kept. Currently, there is construction of these units in the Dubai airport with hopefully more places to follow. More information: here.
