Used to crush spices, herbs and other solid substances, mortars and pestles are usually made of hard wood, marble, clay and are designed pretty unimaginatively. However the same cannot be said for the Glass and Oak, Mortar and Pestle which looks more like a stunning showpiece than a kitchen tool! This sculpturistic looking creating will inspire many epicurean fantasies and make the art of crushing spices more enjoyable. The pestle is made from a strong colored glass and has been designed to act as a solid tool for crushing and grinding. Where as the mortal is made from Oak and can also be used as a cutting board.
