AllSpark Storage Cabinet Is Mostly Wanted by Transformers, So Watch Out!

10:42 pm in Home Storage & Shelving, Home Theater, TV Stands & Home Theater, Video by chris

In case you haven't seen any of the Transformers movies then you probably aren't aware that the AllSpark is a very important device for the average Transformer robot. So be very careful when ordering such a storage cabinet for your home as the both the bad and good guys might be on the lookout for you. The AllSpark is supposed to be an audio/video cabinet that would hide all the gadgets that currently help out with your home entertainment needs. The AllSpark is best suited for your AV equipment although it would most definitely store other stuff as well. The AllSpark includes an infrared receiver that would let all your remotes control the gadgets inside. But again, make sure no Transformers are in sight when setting up this AllSpark cabinet. Secret Movie Projection Area Also Doubles as a Neat Reading Area

Your passion for movies and books will be united by this particular room design. The TV screen you see in the first picture is actually a projection screen that will show you all your favorite movies. Behind it there's a special room that hides a bookshelf filled with your favorite books and a projector needed to offer you all that movie rear-projecting you want. In order to create such a home theater setup you'd need a pretty big room to accommodate that dividing projection wall and all the other elements needed for this home entertainment setup to work. Not to mention all the neat seating solutions required by both the multimedia section of the room and by the reading area. Via Minhembio

Floe Series Glass Speakers Concept Is Actually Working Today

8:35 am in Concept, Glass, Home Theater, TV Stands & Home Theater by chris

Most of the concept furniture items or design ideas we show you here are not yet finalized products ready to hit stores and some of them might never be picked up by manufacturers. But these Floe series glass speakers in the images below are definitely real and fully working today. They are actual speakers and they are made of actual glass. And there's some serious glass involved in building each speaker. How much? Well, about 80 pounds in each 4-foot tower. So how does glass produce sound? Apparently the base of each tower can vibrate and the glass is specially designed to pick up various frequencies and deliver any kind of music. The Floe Series is definitely worth investing in especially since it will surely add some personality to your multimedia room. Via GstSpeakers

Edge Media Space Brings 3D Entertainment To Homes

5:55 pm in Home Theater, TV Stands & Home Theater by Tanya

Thanks to James Cameron's Avatar, everyone is jumping on the 3D bandwagon and honestly speaking the results have been less than stellar. However the Edge Media Space doesn't suffer from the same predicament as it seeks to enthrall the consumer with killer 3D graphical performance right in their living rooms. Designers Rudolf Stefanich, David Pflugl and Erol Kursani use their tech prowess to come up with a true third-dimensional cinematic experience and we can't wait for it to get out from the concept stage.

Besides 3D movies that will come to life in your own home, the Ede Mediaspace will be used for communication purposes, Internet browsing, and, why not, even gaming and it will definitely replace any big screen TV you might currently rely on to deliver the same perks.
