Quantum Tap gives you a good reality check on how much water you ‘think’ you use and the actual. Working on the lines of how syringe works, the tap activates by pulling up a pump action-handle. Scaled markings on the stem of the handle indicate the amount of water that will be released by pulling the handle to a specific correlating height. You can choose how much water you want to use and pull up the handle accordingly. The faucet looks neat and the idea pretty simple; my only concern is soapy hands and a messy tap.

Stop the Overflow

End number of times I’ve had to ground my children for carelessly leaving the bath water running, leading to an overspill. Not only is it cardinal wastage of a precious resource but also the additional work of mopping up. A simple gadget like Water&time promises you no more wastage. This intuitive valve screws onto any regular faucet and turns off the water automatically after its timer goes off. You simply need to figure out how long will it take for you to fill up the tub. I think its suitable for the kitchen sink as well, don’t you?

There’s no denying it! We’ve all monitored our urine’s day to day qualities and wondered what it’s telling us! It’s smart to do so. The E-Urinal is a concept that will finally tell you. It measures PH, SG, URO, BLO, WBC, PRO, GLI, BIL, & KET (basically: sugar levels, PH, red/white blood cells, etc.) all while you pee! Just let it rip and check out your health score on the easy touch screen! Just remember to wash your hands…

What good is a Roca or a Reece designed bathroom if it isn’t fitted with futuristic gadgets that compliment their elegance! I’m talking about the Breeze Rack – an appropriate towel rack, hair dryer, bathroom ventilator and sterilizer! The device can be used to ventilate the room by circulating air, as a towel rail and can even dry and sanitize towels. The hair dryer detaches from one end of the rack, making it the perfect bathroom device. I want one NOW!

Invisible Fans

Exhaust fans in bathrooms are a necessary evil that many interior designers struggle with. There is a way to make them invisible and completely disappear when not in use. Venti appears to be a regular tile on the outside, but is in fact a fan! Simply pop it open when you need it. Intuitive and functional is what I like to call it.

Features:

Uses ceramic tiles
Variant with depth of 10 mm
RGB LED indicator
Air is drawn into the side slot

Sound Inspired Shower

The Swing shower system is based on a simple idea that draws conceptual parallels between the natural widening of water flow and similar shapes found in the amplified sound of brass instruments. The inspiration can be found in the conical shape of the shower head, but no matter your taste, in chrome and matte-black finishes it’s sure to compliment classic and contemporary bathrooms alike.

This bathroom concept by Barcelona’s Art-Tic Design Studio features customized pieces molded to give the illusion that bathroom elements like the sink, toilet, and bathtub are fused with the surrounding structural elements like the floor and walls. Pictured here, elements blend seamlessly with the concrete floor almost as if they have pushed their way up from the ground.
