Despite having a large empty desk and a room at home devoted entirely to being an office space, my laptop pretty much lives on my coffee table. I’m not really sure why, it just always winds up this way – probably has something to do with constantly multitasking. 
Luckily someone at Sony must have been experiencing the same thing. The Sony Fusion is a coffee table with a built in laptop! Ok I know this is not a kitchen blog, but this design is so smart I just couldn’t pass up on sharing it with you. Called the Accordion Folding Cook Table, this modular counter is perfect for small kitchens. What I wouldn’t have given to have this in my first apartment!

Came across this very talented designer, Jason Phillips, today and his Continuum Table, which seems to be getting plenty of attention. It’s easy to see why with a truly unique look. According to Philips, this table is inspired by models of the space-time-continuum and represents the folds of space and time in the universe. 
When I went to his site, I was excited to plenty more designs equally as impressive. Shown here are the Blown Glass Legs Table and Gold Rims Drawers. Fun and totally unique, yet practical too. Very cool and very impressive.
